What does Gloria offer?
Gloria is a Dubai-based company with five tracks: technology (websites, stores, systems), AI and automation, digital marketing, creative and design, and print. You can request one track or combine them in a single project.
Do you serve clients outside the UAE?
Yes, we offer our services to businesses in all six Gulf states. We work remotely through video calls and written updates, and can arrange an in-person meeting in Dubai when needed.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design sites and content in right-to-left Arabic and in English, treating Arabic as a primary language rather than a later translation.
How does a project start?
You reach us through the form, email or phone, we review the request with you to define the goal and scope, then send an itemised proposal. Work starts only after you approve it.
How is pricing set?
By scope and complexity. We don't publish fixed prices because projects differ. You receive an itemised proposal before any commitment.
How do print orders work?
All requests are handled online: you send files or requirements, we confirm specifications, quantity and cost, then production starts. Delivery arrangements are set per order, depending on destination.
Who owns the deliverables?
Ownership and usage terms for deliverables are set out in each project's contract.
